If your company makes lots of small calls you can often get hammered by extortionate business rates from the likes of BT and other providers. They often charge their biggest customers the highest prices! What's that about?
On BT's Business One package, a 20 second call to a UK landline would cost 13p, with OneVoice it's less than a third of a penny. The same sort of differences can be seen for international and mobile calls with calls to the US or most European countries being charge at fixed rates for up to an hour for 20p plus 3p connection charge. Sounds interesting but you're probably actually paying 20p or more too much for each call.

It's easy to transfer your business line rental and calls to us. There's no downtime, no change in call quality and you keep your existing numbers. The process takes 14 days at which point you'll be billed by us for your line rental and calls instead of BT or your current provider. Directory enquiries and fault systems work the same, but we handle all line problems and issues for you - so you can sit back, relax and leave your problems in our hands. Priority care levels can be added to business packages to get 6 day care cover (Prompt Care) or 24hour cover with 4hour guaranteed response (Priority Care) - all from BT Openreach engineers.

It's hard to tell which package would be best for you sometimes. Which is why we decided that we'd check which package would be cheapest for you each month and let you know straight away so that you can change for free to a cheaper package. It saves you having to think about it!
