How does it work?
- You call your number and are put through to your own dedicated support engineer if possible.
- If it's a software problem or it can be fixed over the phone it will be.
- If an engineer visit is necessary it will be arranged for the very next day - without charge.
- The engineer will fix the problem to the best of his/her ability with no charge for parts or labour
- If the problem cannot be fixed or costs more than the broken part of your system (including your Mac) it will be replaced with new under the Domestic and General insurance policy. You could have a brand new Mac within a few days
