iCare Onsite Protection Plan
An onsite support contract and insurance policy at a fraction of the cost you'd normally expect to pay - but with a service that'sequal in terms of response , from just £8.25 per month (1 year advance payment) .
A £1500 typical system comprising a Mac and it's display, peripherals etc, to the value of £1500 for just £99 per year, or £9.99 per month by credit card/dd (inc VAT)
How does it work?
- You call your number and are put through to your own dedicated support engineer if possible.
- The engineer will determine whether the fault warrants an engineer visit (telephone support as such is not included but diagnostics are)
- If an engineer visit is necessary it will be arrange for the very next day - without charge.
- The engineer will fix the problem to the best if his/her ability with no charge for parts or labour
- If the problem cannot be fixed or costs more than the broken part of your system (including your Mac) it will be replaced with new under the Domestic and General insurance policy. You could have a brand new Mac within a few days

It's aimed at home and business users alike as an extension to their Applecare or an additional insurance option for systems under 5 years old
