What's the minimum term?
There is no minimum contract. That way if our service isn't up to scratch you can vote with your feet. We bill annually in advance or monthly with full unused months credited if you decide to move hosts. We do not make admin charges for assisting with moving either - although we can't think of the last time someone moved because they weren't happy!

I've seen hosting for £19 per year and they throw in everything, masses of it, and a free iPod, they even say they can get me an iPhone!
Seriously, there's no such thing as a free lunch, you get what you pay for. Our prices are very competitive and kept low because our customers stay with us year-on-year. If you want poor service and low speeds we'll give you a long, long list of other ISP's that'll fit the bill.

How fast will my website be?
As fast as we can possibly get it. We cap our WebPack Nano's but everything else is uncapped. Our flagship package, the WebPack Extreme, is popular for big-name sites that attract millions of hits per day.

Do I get Web Stats?
Yes, full webstats included on all packages with referrer, hits, visits, unique visits and some graphs and stuff to help you see your visitor profiles better. Google Analytics is also included on-the-fly (no need to put the Google code in your pages manually).

I've registered my domain elsewhere, how do I host it with you
You can point the domains "A record" to an IP we give you, or it's "Name Server" information to ours. Ideally it's best we host your domain too - then if something goes wrong or you have a query there's only one company to deal with. Contact us and we'll help.
